A Living-in Review
After living with the system, you may want to refine scenes, brightness or schedules. Agree review timing, the number of adjustments, remote or on-site delivery and fees in your proposal; this is not an automatic unlimited service.
Clear warranty and maintenance terms
Ask for device and workmanship coverage, exclusions, visit charges, maintenance and response arrangements in your proposal. Support scope and any ongoing charges are agreed for your project.

Unreliable Wi-Fi, disconnected controls or uncomfortable lighting? Share the issues and equipment models. We can scope a review to identify what to retain, reconfigure, repair or replace. Compatibility, assessment fees and any follow-on work are confirmed before proceeding.
