Information you share

Our inquiry form collects your name, email address, project location and message. A phone or WhatsApp number is optional. Please share only what is needed to discuss your project; do not include passwords, identity documents, payment details or sensitive personal information.

Why we use it

We use inquiry information to respond to your request, discuss your requirements and prepare next steps you ask for. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list. If you choose to proceed with a project, additional information and arrangements may be needed under a separate agreement.

How your inquiry is delivered

The form sends your entries to FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party service that forwards them to [email protected]. Its published documentation states that submissions are retained in its archive for 30 days. Our email correspondence is separate from that archive.

Hosting, email and delivery providers may process information outside Indonesia. Their processing is also subject to their own terms and privacy notices. You can contact us directly by email if you prefer not to use the website form.

Browser storage and technical information

We store your EN/ID language choice in local browser storage so it can be remembered on later visits. You can remove it in your browser settings. Client sign-in uses authentication storage or cookies where applicable.

Website hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser information and error logs to operate and protect the site. Error monitoring may be enabled to diagnose technical failures.

Access and retention

Inquiry information is for the people and service providers who need it to handle your request, operate the website or meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell inquiry information.

We keep correspondence for as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, an agreed project, dispute handling or applicable record-keeping requirements. You can ask us to delete information that is no longer needed. We do not promise that sending a deletion request removes records a provider or applicable law requires to be retained.

Your choices and requests

Subject to applicable Indonesian personal-data protection law, you may request information about processing, access, correction, deletion, restriction or cessation of processing, and withdrawal of consent where consent is the basis for processing. Other rights may apply to your circumstances.

Send requests or complaints to [email protected]. We may need reasonable information to verify your identity before disclosing or changing personal data. Withdrawing permission to handle an inquiry may mean we cannot continue that inquiry. You may also pursue remedies available under applicable law.

Security and changes

No website or email service can guarantee absolute security. Avoid sending sensitive information through this form. We may revise this notice when the website or our practices change; the date above identifies the current version.
