01 / SAVINGS OPPORTUNITIES
Compare power use, light quality and replacement costs with more efficient LED options.
Assess operating patterns, AC condition, shading and insulation while preserving comfort.
Review demand, operating hours and suitable equipment alternatives.
Compare existing-system improvements, new capacity and storage against your consumption pattern.
Recommendations depend on site conditions. Smart-home integration is optional; you do not need an existing KNX system.
02 / THE INVESTMENT DECISION
We’re preparing assessments that compare keeping, optimising or replacing equipment—including solar where appropriate.
01Installation and ongoing maintenance costs
02Evidence-based savings estimates
03Flat and rising electricity-price scenarios
04Payback and costs over the equipment’s life
05Priorities: act now, defer, or do not proceed
Estimates are not savings guarantees. Assumptions and limitations will be explained.KINEXIS / INTELLIGENT ENERGY CONTROL
Your home does not need to run at full power to feel its best. Understand its consumption, then match lighting and cooling to what is actually needed.
07:00
A light-level sensor helps lighting respond to natural daylight. Worktops stay bright enough without every light running at 100%.
Daylight / lux sensing09:00
Lights in unused rooms turn off after a suitable delay. Cooling follows an away setting with appropriate temperature and humidity limits.
Presence + climate controlSunset
Outdoor lighting follows sunset and sunrise. Decorative lights can dim later while essential paths remain safely lit.
Sunrise / sunset schedules20:00
Cooking, dining, watching a film and walking through a corridor at night need different levels of light. Full brightness remains available when needed.
Scenes + dimmingWith suitable metering, see what cooling, lighting and other monitored circuits consume. Spot unnecessary running hours, prioritise improvements, then compare consumption before and after changes while accounting for weather and occupancy.
Monitoring alone does not save energy. Results depend on equipment, use and configuration. A 50% brightness setting does not mean 50% electricity savings. Manual control remains available; lighting and AC compatibility are assessed first.
